The
2nd annual Celebrating a Second Chance at Life survivorship symposium, held in Dallas, Texas September 20-21, 2008 was an inspiring and educational event for all who attended. Survivors came from as far away as India, South America and Australia to learn from the experts, and from each other, how to live well after transplant.

"I was amazed by the group of speakers and all of the attendees. The group was open, friendly, frank and honest about the trials and successes that people affected by transplant experience. I feel that I have made life-long connections and friendships." |

"The most valuable part of the conference was meeting with others going through the same thing I am." |
"Congratulations on excellent symposium that is available on the web. The wealth of invaluable knowledge and the technology to make it available is pretty amazing. Just to let you know, it reached even me in Papua New Guinea" |
