BMT InfoNet Patient Assistance Fund (PAF) helps transplant and CAR T-cell therapy patients with living expenses during treatment.
Who can apply?
- Patients living in the U.S who will have, or had in the last 12 months
- an autologous transplant (transplant using your own stem cells)
- an allogeneic related-donor transplant (transplant using cells from a related donor)
- CAR-T cell therapy
- Patients with graft-versus-host disease who are 12 months or more post-transplant
Funds will be provided starting with Day 1 of transplant or CAR T-cell therapy, or after 12 months for patients with graft-versus-host disease.

Which expenses does the BMT InfoNet Patient Assistance Fund cover?
- housing
- transportation
- utilities
- food
The application for funds must be completed and submitted by a social worker or other member of the transplant or CAR T-cell therapy team who certifies that the patient is in need of financial assistance. To request the application, send an email to Marsha@bmtinfonet.org or call 888-597-7674.
