Possible Uses: 
Used as a chemotherapy drug, often for lymphomas and myelomas. Also used as high-dose therapy conditioning regimen for multiple myeloma.

Special Notes: 
Given as tablet or injection

Possible Side Effects: 
Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, mouth sores, temporary hair loss, lung disorder (often reversible), skin inflammation, liver disorder (often reversible).
