Possible Uses:Decrease swelling, decrease allergic reactions, control nausea or vomiting. May be used as part of chemotherapy regimen. In allogeneic transplants, used to prevent or treat graft rejection.
Possible Side Effects:Fluid retention, weight gain, increase in blood sugars, increase in white cell count, restlessness, anxiety, mood changes, sweating, redness in face, thinning skin, acne, increased hair growth, irregular menstrual periods, black bowel movements, muscle weakness or cramps.
