Background: Dr. Patel is a pediatric transplant physician who sees patients with GVHD at the Children's Hospital Survivorship Clinic which provides complete medical care for the patient, family education, survivor-specific resources, and guidelines for future screening. The Survivorship Clinic is available to children, adolescents, and young adults up to age 21 who were treated for childhood cancer and have been off therapy for at least 2 years. The Survivorship Clinic is held two to three times a month.
