Background: Scott is among the first class of board certified clinical specialists in oncologic physical therapy in the country. Through outpatient rehabilitation at Yale New Haven Hospital, he assesses a patient's current physical status and develops an appropriate, individualized rehab program to meet the patient's needs. He is able to work with patients with GVHD in both in-person and TeleHealth settings depending on the health status and comfort of each patient. Additionally, Scott works in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team of oncology specialists to address the many physical, dietary and emotional needs of patients experiencing GVHD. This multi-disciplinary survivorship clinic is available through Smilow Cancer Hospital.
