Background: Dr. Margolis specializes in infectious and inflammatory eye diseases, corneal disease and uveitis. He has cared for hundreds of patients with ocular GVHD and works closely with the BMT team at Washington University to get patients in promptly, have them evaluated for ocular GVHD, and/or complications of ocular GVHD or their therapies. He works closely with the BMT team to adjust systemic therapies, taking ocular disease into account. His goal is to improve overall quality of life by reducing ocular discomfort and improving vision. His clinic has an active scleral lens program and ongoing clinical trials.
