Background: Dr. Greenwald completed his cornea fellowship at the University of Michigan, which has one of the largest bone marrow transplant programs in the country. With this, he saw many GVHD patients a week and got to learn from experts in the field how to best manage the different manifestations of this condition. In his current practice at the University of Kansas Health System, he cares for GVHD patients. At KU we have been able to build a collaborative approach to caring for these patients and helping them maximize their vision and quality of life.
