Background: Dr. Thilges has worked with patients at all points of the stem cell/bone marrow transplant and CAR-T experience for the past 12 years. This includes individual counseling as well as couples and family and caregiver support. She is familiar with post-transplant issues such as graft-versus-host disease (GVHD), secondary cancer, relapse, end of life concerns and grief and bereavement. She can see patients regardless of where they got their transplant or CAR T-cell therapy, depending on her caseload. Telehealth services are only available to patients located in Illinois
