This group is a set of people who connect with me. They listen and don't judge, no matter what.
The group is open to young adults aged 18-39 who have been diagnosed with chronic GHVD and is led by a licensed social worker who understands the challenge of navigating GVHD as a young adult. The group meets online via Zoom
