Background: Dr. Harris is a specialist with over 10 years’ experience providing care for children, adolescent and young adults with acute and/or chronic GVHD. He is the director for the MSK Kids Multidisciplinary GVHD Clinic at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center that includes specialists in dermatology (skin), endocrinology, pulmonology (lung), gastroenterology (liver and digestive tract), physical and rehabilitation medicine, nutrition and dentistry. Dr. Harris has published extensively on the topic of GVHD in the medical literature and helps run clinical trials locally, nationally and internationally. The GVHD clinic provides integrated and personalized care plans for each patient which takes advantage of the latest treatments, including the opportunity for clinical trials of novel therapies when indicated.
