Background: Dr. Choi is the Chief of the Division of Oncodermatology within the Department of Dermatology at Northwestern University and the Robert H. Lurie Comprehensive Cancer Center. She specializes in the care of patients who are undergoing cancer treatment, and she sees many transplant recipients who have cutaneous (skin) GVHD. She treats these patients with topical therapies, systemic therapies, photopheresis, and sometimes novel therapies. She believes strongly in the multidisciplinary care of GVHD patients to optimize their management, treatment outcomes, and quality of life.
