Hello! I have experienced GVHD and offer my support to others who are traveling this path. Although I was forewarned before my transplant that there was a good chance that I would experience GVHD, I was mostly focused on trying to survive, not on what was to follow. GVHD and treatment side effects make it hard to establish a “new normal” after transplant. It’s still better than the alternative and worth the struggle. Keep the faith! One day at a time.
