Background: Ms. Stachelski is a licensed professional counselor, psychotherapist, and an 11-year blood cancer and bone marrow transplant survivor who is dedicated to helping people not only survive cancer, but thrive. She helps patients in all phases of treatment, from diagnosis through long-term survivorship, providing guidance, emotional support, coping skills, and resources to help people successfully navigate the difficult journey through cancer and cancer survivorship.
She is familiar with the many issues patients can face after transplant, including graft-versus-host disease (GVHD), second cancers, relapse, end of life issues and grief and bereavement. She is also familiar with CAR T-cell therapy.
In addition to her private practice in Colorado, Ms. Stachelski offers a Cancer Skills Clinic, which is more of a coaching service, that she can provide to patients in any state.
