Ms. Fletcher has worked for 3 years as a social worker at Beth Israel Medical Center in Boston providing counseling to patients undergoing bone/stem marrow transplantation and CAR-T therapy. She currently works at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, and in her private practice, she sees patients with blood disorders and other cancers, including patients undergoing a transplant. She understands the transplant process from diagnosis through long-term survivorship, and has helped patients struggling with graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) and other post-transplant problems such as relapse, secondary cancers, end of life concerns and grief and loss. She works with both patients and caregivers.
