Background: Ms. Fred has been in private practice for the past 16 years, specializing in work with patients who are experiencing trauma, including several who have been through transplant. Previously she worked for 15 years in the breast cancer clinic at UCLA. She has been a support group facilitator for Cancer Support Community of Pasadena where she has worked with transplant survivors. She also worked with the City of Hope volunteer program selecting and training pre-med students who wanted to volunteer with cancer patients.
